Submit your Application to become a Member today! Note - We currently have a waiting list. By completing the application process, you will be included on the wait list. Our wait list is maintained from year to year. The application fee is non-refundable. When a spot opens up, we will contact you to start the membership process which includes: (1) creating a membership profile on our website (2) choosing your membership type (e.g. Family) (3) paying the one-time Initiation Fee to establish your membership with CSC.
